CEE Innovation Day

1. The controller of your personal data is Burson Poland Sp. z o.o., with its registered seat in Warsaw, 11 Plac Konesera Street, 03-736 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000104923, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5211004285, Statistical Number (REGON): 010783514, share capital (fully paid-up) of PLN 50,000.00 (hereinafter “Burson”).
2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing the participation in the conference agreement, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”), as well as for the purposes of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims and conducting disputes, proceedings before public authorities and other proceedings, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Access to your personal data will be granted to Burson’s shareholders and employees, to the extent necessary for the performance of their official duties, on the basis of proper authorisation.
4. The recipients of your personal data may include entities cooperating with Burson in connection with the conference (including, in particular, Facebook Poland Sp. Z o. o. with its registered seat in Warsaw), as well as entities and authorities Burson is obliged or authorised to disclose personal data under generally applicable laws, including entities and authorities authorised to receive or to request access to personal data pursuant to generally applicable laws.
5. Your personal data will not be transferred to entities or international organisations outside the European Economic Area.
6. Your personal data will be stored until the completion of the provision of services, and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by law, or for the purposes of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, as well as for the purposes of conducting disputes, proceedings before public authorities and other proceedings.
7. Personal data will not be processed by automated means.
8. You have the right to access your data and to request their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw) – if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.
10. The provision of your personal data is voluntary, however necessary for the performance of the agreement.

1. Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest Burson Poland Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie, adres: Plac Konesera 11, 03-736 Warszawa, zarejestrowana w Sądzie Rejonowym dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XIV Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, pod numerem KRS 0000104923, NIP: 5211004285, REGON: 010783514, kapitał zakładowy (kapitał wpłacony) 50 000,00 zł, (dalej „Burson”).
2. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane będą w celu realizacji przedmiotu umowy o udział w konferencji na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (dalej „RODO”) oraz w celu ewentualnego dochodzenia oraz obrony przed roszczeniami, a także prowadzenia postępowań spornych, postępowań przed organami władzy publicznej oraz innych postępowań na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO.
3. Dostęp do Pani/Pana danych osobowych będą mieli wspólnicy i pracownicy Administratora w zakresie swoich obowiązków służbowych na podstawie upoważnienia.
4. Odbiorcą Pani/Pana danych osobowych mogą być podmioty, które współpracują z Burson w zakresie organizacji konferencji (w tym w szczególności: Facebook Poland Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie) oraz podmioty i organy, którym Burson jest zobowiązana lub upoważniona udostępnić dane osobowe na podstawie powszechnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa, w tym podmioty oraz organy uprawnione do otrzymania od Burson danych osobowych lub uprawnione do żądania dostępu do danych osobowych na podstawie powszechnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa.
5. Pani/Pana dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane do podmiotów lub organizacji międzynarodowych spoza Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego.
6. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przechowywane będą do czasu zakończenia świadczenia usług a po tym czasie przez okres oraz w zakresie wymaganym przez przepisy prawa lub w celach dochodzenia oraz obrony przed roszczeniami, a także prowadzeniem postępowań spornych, postępowań przed organami władzy publicznej oraz innych postępowań.
7. Dane osobowe nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany.
8. Posiada Pani/Pan prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do przenoszenia danych.
9. Ma Pani/Pan prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego – Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa), gdy uzna Pani/Pan, iż przetwarzanie danych osobowych Pani/Pana dotyczących narusza przepisy RODO.
10. Podanie przez Panią/Pana danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, jednak konieczne w celu realizacji przedmiotu umowy.
